      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure vegetable trimmings are not dumped into the hand washing station. This sink must be kept clear for hand washing only.

      • Observation: Cutting board at the produce area appears to be worn and stained. Container made of duct tape used to store twist ties.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize cutting board to remove staining. Replace cutting board if this is not possible. Obtain a different container for twist ties that is made of a material that is easy to clean. Correct as soon as possible.

      • Corrective Action(s): Lift pallets and thoroughly clean these areas.

      • Observation: Floors in some areas including produce area have lifted and debris noted building up.
      • Walls behind produce sink have peeling paint.
      • Wooden shelves in back stock area are rough, some falling apart and not cleanable
      • Corrective Action(s): Manager informed us that the produce wall and back stock shelves are to be replaced. Please address flooring in produce area.
