- The storage room that is used to access the outdoor playground has accessible hazards, including construction equipment and laundry facilities, that could pose a danger to children. Modify area to restrict access to shelving and laundry areas. Move potential hazards into secure storage boxes or shelving beyond children's' reach. Use alternate suitable route to access outdoor playground until hazard access concerns are addressed.

- Several areas of the facility are unfinished or otherwise improper due to ongoing renovations:- A section of low wall in the Caterpillar and Bunny rooms are currently unfinished wood- Gaps are present in the floors of the Bunny and Dragon rooms- A hole is present in the wall near the corner of the Dragon room- Sections of baseboard are missing in the corner of the Dragon room- The riser leading to the bathroom in the Bunny room is made from a foam material that is difficult to cleanComplete renovations to render noted areas smooth and easily cleanable. Modify program spaces in a manner that restricts child access to indicated areas until renovations are completed.

- Test strips to confirm the concentration of chlorine disinfectant used was not available onsite. Acquire suitable chlorine test strips.

- The diapering area in the toddler room does not have a handwashing sink in its vicinity.Move diapering area to the washroom, where a suitable handwashing sink is available nearby.

- 1. Toddler room:a. The diapering pad has rips in the material, which makes it difficult to clean and disinfect.b. There was an accumulation of debris noted under the diapering pad. c. The surface of the change table under the diapering pad is in disrepair with wood exposed. 2. Room 3: Debris noted on cloth on play kitchen table. It is not easily removable from the table.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Repair/replace diapering pad so surface is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean. 2. Ensure the change table is cleaned more thoroughly. 3. Repair the change table so it is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean. 4. Remove the cloth from the table. If wanting to use a tablecloth, it should be easily removable and replaced with a clean cloth daily.
