- 7/18/2024. Skored Sourdough: Products were not properly labelled. All home-prepared food sold at the market must provide the following information on the label:- A statement that the food is prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to inspection;- A statement that the food is not for resale;- The name, business name, and email address or phone number of the individual who prepared the food product- The name of the food product;- The date that the food product was preparedA sign containing all labelling requirements made at the time of inspection and displayed on the table. For all future markets, ensure all food products are properly labelled.

- Brant Farming: - The eggs inside the styrofoam cooler had a measured temperature of 10C. Eggs must be kept at a temperature of 7C or lower. More ice packs were added to the cooler at the time of the inspection.

- Jo's Jerky: The following booth was providing samples without meeting proper handwashing requirements. ANy booth providing pre-portioned samples of low-risk food items must have hand sanitizer in the booth and access to a handwashing sink. Hand sanitizer was obtained during time of the inspection.
