- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that chlorine bleach sanitizer solutions are between 100-200 ppm. Staff made new chlorine bleach sanitizer solutions and measured at 200 ppm. Ensure that solutions are changed frequently.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine bleach available on site to sanitize dishes/utensils/food contact surfaces
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that a food grade contact sanitizer solution at all times.
- If using chlorine bleach santiizer, solution must be at 100-200 ppm. (1tsp for 1L of water)
- If using QUATS sanitizer, solution must be at 200-400 ppm.
- Staff obtained chlorine bleach and prepared chlorine sanitizer solution, measured at 200 ppm.
- Sanitize all dishes/utensils that was previously washed with chlorine sanitizer solution.

- 3. Bags of onions observed to be stored on the floor
- 4. Multiple containers of sauces and cut vegetables stored in the sandwich coolers without food grade lids
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is stored in food grade containers with lids and stored 6 inches off the ground.
- Opened cans cannot be reused as food storage containers. Ensure that all food is transferred to a food grade container after opening the cans.
