      • The chlorine sanitizer was measured at more than 200 ppm concentration. After the conversation with the operator, the solution was diluted. and measured at 100 ppm concentration.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • The facility does not have valid chlorine test strips to check the concentration of the sanitizer solution.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The following areas require cleaning:- Behind the equipment (fryer and grill area). - Vents had accumulation of dust and grease.Please ensure following areas are maintained in a clean condition.
