- Excessive door gap present on underside of rear kitchen entry door. Door sweep install/repair is required to eliminate gap, and prevent possible rodent/pest entry.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Various surfaces throughout kitchen are in deteriorated condition, including lower pot storage shelving, countertop edges, etc. Re-finishing/painting required to ensure all surfaces are smooth & impervious to moisture so as to be easily cleaned/sanitized.
