     • 1. Some of the plastic lids on the hot holding units in the serving kitchens were cracked.-Please replace any damaged lids.2. The rubber seal was torn on the refrigerator in the hospice kitchenette and tape was used on the edge of the refrigerator to keep the seal in place.-Please replace the refrigerator seal.
