    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Mini fridge in OSC room was reading at 10C. Milk was removed to a different fridge.Please ensure that the fridge is able to maintain 4C prior to use for perishable food.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The commercial sanitizer was not meeting the final rinse temperature.Program was directed to use single use dishes for children and modified 2 sink method for all other dishes (permission granted for cups and spoons as needed).Residential dishwasher with sani cycle and NSF also available in staff room for dishes
