- - Observed that room next to meat processing room is being used for Deli food processing as well as small bakery, however this room does not have adequate finishes, equipment or counters.- New equipment acquired, observed new equipment being stored in rear storage waiting to be installed once they start renovating.

- - Observed that one small display cooler by produce area not functioning properly (elevated temperatures).- Staff removed foods form cooler at this time and cooler taken out of service.- All other coolers and freezers throughout premise seem to be in proper working order.
