      • There was a disinfectant in upstairs bar area that measured greater than 400ppm quat. This is not considered food safe. Ensure staff are using approved sanitizer on all food contact surfaces such as 100ppm chlorine.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was a tea towel in upstairs bar area. Remove this towel. Dry hands using single use paper towel. Ensure dishes are air dried.

    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • High temperature sanitizing dishwasher was only reaching a maximum of 66 degrees Celsius. Repair so that dishwasher reaches 71 degrees Celsius at the plate level. * Facility is approved to operate with disposable customer dishes/utensils.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. There is cork board above the handwash sink in the downstairs kitchen. Please remove as it cannot be easily cleaned and may fall into food.2. There is an area of flooring missing in front of oven. Please cover to prevent build up of dirt and facilitate easy cleaning.
