- High-temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle measured at 59.9 degrees Celsius at plate level.
- Please repair dishwasher to ensure a final rinse temperature of at least 71 degrees Celsius at plate level. Contact EHO once service has been completed.

- Wall dispenser for hand sink missing soap. There is a hand pump on the counter.

- Lower cupboard has a sign affixed to discourage use as it is still in disrepair.
- This cupboard is pending repair through maintenance. Comments Follow-up to routine inspection (Feb 27, 2026) conducted March 13, 2026: Surface sanitizer is available and measured at 100 ppm bleach. Test strips provided. Tiles have been added/repaired underneath the dishwasher. Cook area and range hood have been extensively cleaned and professionally serviced. Please manually sanitize dishes after the washing cycle is complete. Use one of the basins of the 2-compartment sink as a dedicated sanitizing station (immersion for 2 minutes in a chlorine solution with a concentration of 100 - 200 ppm at a temperature greater than 45°C). Contact EHO for reinspection of dishwasher once serviced. Thank you!
