      • Please repair/replace door + ensure nothing is flaking off of it. The area requires a good clean as well - remove items from within before cleaning and sanitizing.

      • General debris, grease, and food scraps observed throughout the kitchen in hard-to-reach areas (beneath shelving, tables, corners, etc.). Grease and stains along equipment.
      • Clean and sanitize areas and ensure to regularly upkeep to prevent build-up. The kitchen needs a general deep clean - obtain cleaning service if needed.

      • Range hood slats observed to have an accumulation of grease and debris.
      • Clean and sanitize the slats and around the cook area. Comments Routine inspection conducted September 9, 2026: Facility has no signs of pest activity. Hand sink is accessible and equipped with hand soap - please add paper towels in dispenser above. All protective temperatures meet regulatory standards. Surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm bleach. High-temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle measured at 73.6 degrees Celsius at plate level. Food storage practices are satisfactory. FoodSafe-certified food handlers available on site. Follow-up inspection to be completed.
