      • -Majority of the grease is cleaned up but there are still some observed around the legs of the deep fryer, along the sides of the grease trap, along the sides of the deep fryer and also on top of the grease trap. Ensure to deep clean these areas again.
      • - Rodent droppings are still observed in the back cabinet. Remove all items from the cabinet and sanitize the whole space with bleach sanitizer.
      • - Numerous rodent droppings observed on the left far corner inside the chemical cabinet underneath the handsink. Ensure to clean this area as well.

      • Complete above corrective actions by Aug 1, 2025. Management and staff have to ensure cleaning is done thoroughly.
