      • June 11, 2026, inspection.Dishwasher's final rinse was measured at 69.1 degrees C. Previous Inspection:High temperature dishwasher rinse temperature was measured 52. 0 degrees C. Ran the dishwasher at least 6X.Use single use cups and utensils until the dishwasher is fixed. Fix dishwasher and ensure the rinse temperature reaches 71 degrees C or higher.

      • No chlorine was detected in the sanitizer spray bottle. Use 100ppm chlorine and change the chlorine every 4 to 5 days.(1/2 teaspoon bleach per L water).

      • High temperature dishwasher rinse temperature was measured 52. 0 degrees C. Ran the dishwasher at least 6X.Use single use cups and utensils until the dishwasher is fixed. Fix dishwasher and ensure the rinse temperature reaches 71 degrees C or higher.

      • No chlorine test strips available. Provide chlorine test strips and test daily.

      • May 29, 2026, inspection:Paper towels on the counter. Provide dispenser for the paper towels. Previous Inspection:Paper towel dispenser was empty.Ensure dispenser is stocked with paper towel at all times.

      • Chorine based sanitizer in spray bottle was much too strong.Use 1/2 tsp of chlorine (regular bleach) in 1 L of water to make up a 100ppm chlorine solution.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • No detergent connected to commercial dishwasher.Detergent needs to be connected through a proper line.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispenser was empty.Ensure dispenser is stocked with paper towel at all times.
