      • Observation: - Mouse droppings noted on floor along wall at outside of warehouse office where cardboard was noted
      • - Mouse droppings noted on floor at end of aisle near walk-in cooler area.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Clean up all droppings and disinfect areas. [Date to be corrected by: 07-Jul-2021]
      • - Continue to monitor areas for any further activity. If additional droppings present, clean up immediately.
      • - Pest control contract in place with Orkin. Currently, service is weekly. Service frequency was increased in response to increased rodent activity within the past month. Email copy of most recent Pest Control report to undersigned. Follow all recommendations of Pest Control Technician.
