- Observed several used, dirty cloth rags on the food surfaces. The cloth rags were placed in the sanitizer bucket during the inspection.Correction:-Education provided to store cloth rags in the sanitizer for continuous sanitization and preventing contamination.-Ensure cloth rags are stored in the sanitizer bucket.

- Used gloves were observed on the food handling area.The operator discarded the gloves during the inspection.Correction:-Ensure that the gloves are not used more than once. Dispose the gloves after each use.-Glove use does not replace handwashing. Continue to handwash frequently.

- Pest control records from April and May 2026 were missing.The facility uses third party company for pest control.Correction:-By June 8, please send the missing pest control records from April and May to the public health inspector.-Ensure pest control records are kept and maintained for review.

- Observed one of the strainers in disrepair. This can cause metal wire to flake off and contaminate the food.The strainer was instructed to be discarded at the time of inspection.Correction:-Ensure that the condition of cooking utensils is screened routinely and maintained in a satisfactory condition.
