- No thermometers are currently available for the two chest freezers in the facility. Ensure that thermometers are provided for both freezers to effectively monitor and maintain proper temperature levels.

- Pest control records were not available onsite. Ensure that pest control records are provided to the PHI and that at least three months of records are maintained going forward.
