- Ice intended for client consumption was observed being used to cold hold milk and other beverages.Ensure the ice bin is used for beverage preparation only. Open beverage containers must be stored in a cooler with adequate space for proper cold holding to prevent contamination.Ice in the sink was discarded by the supervisor and replaced with fresh ice during the inspection.
