- 1. Some of the floor surfaces in the shower areas are lockers area were not in good repair. This is an outstanding deficiency from the previous inspections.Please repairs are completed.

- *Chemical containers exposed to water due to a leak from the pump and couple more connection pipes in the mechanical room* Bag of Mineral filler was left on the concrete floor and damaged due to water leak from the pump and pipes. * Water accumulation on the concrete floor in the mechanical room due to the leak.*White mineral scale built up on the concrete floor and around metal surfaces in the mechanical room.* Green corrosion built up on the floor surrounding of the acid container.Actions:*Please make sure cleaning of the areas are completed*Repairs are done*Any damaged mineral bags are discarded*Ensure all chemical bottles/ containers/ bags are stored off the floor/dry area,*Ensure acid container is not overfilled.

The TP-DHW pipes beside the flow meters and the WP Cl Inject at the ceiling were leaking.4. The acid container at the entrance of the mechanical room had an opening at the top right side.Please repair or change surfaces, containers and pipes.
