      • The hand washing sink in the kitchen area was noted without liquid handwashing soap.Supervisor refilled the hand washing soap.

      • It was observed that the plastic cutting boards are stained.Ensure that the plastic cutting boards are cleaned to remove stains, this can be done be immersing cutting boards in bleach and water solution or spraying the bleach and water solution on the cutting boards.Then a washing, rinsing and sanitizing cycle should be followed afterwards.
