    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • The facility did not have appropriate test strips capable of confirming chlorine (bleach) solutions were within the correct range of 100–1,000 ppm.Please ensure test strips capable of verifying this range are acquired and incorporated into daily procedures to confirm that spray bottles and toy-washing solutions are maintained within the correct concentration range. This ensures the sanitizer is effective at reducing microbial loads while also minimizing the potential for excessive chemical residues and vapors if concentrations are too high.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • On the bottom-floor in the back left room, a pegboard mounted on the wall had a rubber backing strip hanging loose, and posed a potential entanglement hazard.Please ensure the damaged rubber strip is repaired and properly secured behind the board, or removed, to eliminate the entanglement risk.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Upstairs, directly after the gate from the staircase, the personal belongings area where children hang their jackets and backpacks was observed to have coats touching each other on the hooks, indicating insufficient separation.Cubbies were available near the hooks, and the coats were moved into the cubbies during the inspection, ensuring items were not in contact with one another and minimizing the potential for lice or other communicable diseases to transfer through clothing articles.---All other personal belongings stored on hooks or in cubbies throughout the remainder of the facility were observed to have adequate separation.
