- Mouse droppings observed in the old hall side entrance. Front entrance door weather strip is showing light. Clean and sanitize areas containing mouse droppings. Check around the building for entry points for mice. Close up any holes and replace weather stripping on doors, as needed.

- There is no thermometer available in the fridge to monitor fridge temperature. Supply a thermometer for the fridge.
