      • The current Food Handling Permit is not posted.Please ensure the current Food Handling Permit is posted in an area visible to the public at all times.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The ceiling and the base of some counters/ shelving are made from raw wood. All surfaces must be smooth, impervious to moisture, and easily cleanable.Operator will be closing this summer to renovate the space. Upgrades include replacing the two-compartment sink with a three-compartment sink, painting the ceiling, and replacing the counters with stainless steel.

      • A sanitizing solution was not readily available at time of inspection. A bleach solution was mixed in a spray bottle at time of inspection, labelled, and measured 100ppm chlorine.
