PET DOGS SITTING ALSO ON THE BOOTH BY THE COSTUMER SNIFFING VERY CLOSE TO THE PLATE FULL OF FOOD. ASKED THE EMPLOYEE IF THE DOG WAS A SERVICE DOG. HE STATED, " NO, BUT THE PERSON IS DOG SITTING AND COULDN'T LEAVE THE DOG ANYWHERE ELSE" EMPLOYEE CONSENTED FOR THE DOG TO BE INSIDE THE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT AND DID NOT ASK THE CUSTOMER TO REMOVE THE DOG. REVIEWED WITH MANAGEMENT THAT LIVES ANIMALS MAY NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OF A RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-40-060 CITATION ISSUED.

      • NOTED EMPLOYEE, WHILE WEARING GLOVES, WENT TO THE BASEMENT FOOD DRY STORAGE TO THE WALK-IN COOLER, CAME BACK WITH CONTAINER OF FOOD, AND CONTINUED PREPARING FOOD WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS. AT THE SAME TIME EMPLOYEE PULLED UP MASK WITH SAM GLOVES, PULLED UP PANTS AND WIPED HAND WITH GLOVES ON THE PANTS AND FINALLY WIPED HANDS USING DIRTY WASH CLOTHES ALL WITH WASHING HANDS OR CHANGING GLOVES.
