      • There was a cloth for wiping the bar left on the counter. The operator prepared a 100 ppm chlorine solution in a sani -bucket and placed the cloth in it.

      • The cooler in the kitchen area measured >4 degrees C. The operator adjusted the cooler to bring the temperature down to 4 degrees C.
