INSTRUCTED TO REPAINT.------MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS INSIDE WALK-IN FREEZER.-----MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE MISSING AND LOOSE FLOOR TILES AT FOOD PREP AREA OR LEVEL.

      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN WALLS AND CEILING TILES IN FOOD PREP AREA WITH STAIN OR REPAINT.-----MUST SEAL OPENING AROUND PIPES AT CEILING ABOVE STORAGE AREA.
