      • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. NOTED FLOOR TILES IN FOOD PREP AREA IN POOR REPAIR WITH MISSING TILE. INSTRUCTED TO FIX. TO INSTALL FLOOR BASEBOARD UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. AND TO ADJUST THRESHOLD UNDER REAR EXIT DOOR.
