- During the inspection, it was observed that the facility did not have appropriate test strips or equipment to measure chlorine concentration levels. Please ensure strips are procured to ensure adequate concentration of sanitizer when in use.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- At rear door when closed is not providing a tight seal, as light at the bottom left corner of the door is visible. Please ensure the gap is sealed to prevent the infiltration of pests.
