- Sanitizer test strips in the bakery and meat departments were observed expired June 1, 2026. The sanitizer solutions were tested using the public health inspector's test strips and met the minimum required sanitizing concentration of 200ppm Quats.Operators obtained non-expired test strips. Ensure that the sanitizer test strips used in the facility are not expired to accurately monitor and verify the sanitizing concentrations.

- In the meats department, the utensils were observed stored in the handwashing sink basin. An operator removed the items during the inspection. Ensure that the hand washing sink is not obstructed and always accessible for easy and convenient hand washing.

- Significant ice build-up was observed on the floor of the back bakery walk-in freezer. Remove the ice formation and ensure that the walk-in freezer is maintained in good condition.

- The Food Handling Permit displayed was observed to be expired, May 2026.The valid permit was printed and displayed during the inspection.Ensure that the valid permit is displayed in a conspicuous place.

- 1. The sanitizer dispenser in the meat department was tested and unable to dispense the solution, while water started leaking form the dispenser. 2. The sanitizer dispenser in the meals to go (HMR) department was tested and unable to dispense the solution. Operators were instructed to manually mix the sanitizer solutions until the dispenser can dispense sanitizer solution. Repair or replace the sanitizer dispensers the above mentioned areas.

The floor and shelving of milk in the dairy walk-in cooler were observed with a build up of debris.3. Produce walk-in cooler ventilation fan covers were observed with accumulation of dust. 4. The hand washing sink was observed soiled with raw chicken marinate sauce in the meals to go (HMR) walk-in cooler.Clean and sanitize the above mentioned area.
