      • OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY, APPROX 15-20 DROPPINGS ALONG THE WALLS IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA BEHIND THE BEVERAGE STANDS, APPROX 5-10 NEAR THE REAR DOOR THAT LEADS TO THE BASEMENT AREA, APPROX 30-40 IN THE HEATING UNIT CLOSET AREA IN THE REAR JUST ACROSS FROM TOILET ROOM, APPROX ANOTHER 15-20 LOCATED JUST RIGHT OF THE UTILITY SINK AND APPROX ANOTHER 10-15 ALONG THE WALLS IN THE REAR AREA THAT USE TO BE A MEAT PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL AND HAVE A SERVICE WITH PROOF OF SERVICE LOG BY RETURN INSPECTION DATE, CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
