- Corrective Action(s): Staff primed the machine several times as the sanitizernjug is full, however it is not pulling it through the line.
- Dishes must be washed by hand using bleach and water solution until dishwasher is repaired.

- -Obtain test strips so concentration can be checked & recorded daily on a log. To be corrected by 11-Aug-2021.
