      • Observation(s): F1.5: Inadequate handwashing technique. Corrective Action: Lather with soap for 15 seconds. Use paper towel to shut off the tap.
    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
      • Observation(s): F2.5B: Inadequate cleaning in some areas. Overall sanitation is good. • Microwave interior • Cleaver (on clean knife rack) Corrective Action: Clean and sanitize the items identified. Inspect utensils after dishwashing to ensure the process was effective. F2.5K: The wiping cloth sanitizer bin is stored inside the hand sink. Splash/residual from handwashing can dilute the sanitizer solution. The sanitizer spray bottle is suspended by the trigger over the hand sink basin. Sanitizer spray bottles should be treated as clean items. In this location, the trigger is prone to contamination. Corrective Action: Keep the cloth bin and spray bottle in clean areas away from food and contamination sources.
