      • Operator had lemon-scented bleach.-Operator must use plain non-scented bleach to make chlorine sanitizer. Operator borrowed some from neighbour. Obtain own non-scented bleach
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Fridge was not operational at beginning of inspection.-Ensure fridge maintains food at 4C or below
