- Most of the kale leaves in a bag (sorted in cooler) appeared blackish and yellow in color indicating spoilage. This reflects improper storage and failure to monitor product quality. - Check the food quality and follow the first in first out method. The kale bag was discarded during inspection.

- Wet wiping cloth was observed on the counter.- Store the used wiping cloth in a sanitizing solution.

- Wires and electronic equipment on the wall appeared dusty in the back storage area by the chest freezer. - Enhance the overall cleanliness especially at the back by chest freezer.
