- Sanitizer solution concentration in the bucket by the front sink was low. Corrected during the inspection. Operator prepared new Quat solution with 200ppm concentration.

- Shelf stable food container was stored on the floor in back storage area. Operator moved the food off the floor during inspection. **Please ensure food is stored a minimum of 6-inch above the floor to protect from contamination.

- 1-Corner baseboard at the entrance of the storage area was still in disrepair and was secured using the tape. **Please remove the tape and repair the area.2- Hand washing Faucet adjacent to the cabinet freezer in cooking line was loose and not properly secured to the counter. **Please repair the faucet.
