      • Corrective Action(s): Remove sticky fly trap (you can place a new one if needed in the back area away from prep sinks and food areas). Move all non food items away from food storage areas.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove two seats or obtain a commercial dishwasher. If you have more than 10 seats, you will need a commercial dishwasher in your kitchen.
