      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Reusable plates, cups, and cutlery were being manually washed but were not being sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s): For proper manual dishwashing, dishes must be washed, rinsed, then SANITIZED with a food-contact surface sanitizer.
      • Use your QUAT-based sanitizer (SIGNET Hard Surface Sanitizer) from your dispenser in the laundry room, undiluted, for sanitizing dishes in your three-compartment sink. No rinse step is required after fully submerging dishware in sanitizer for at least 30 seconds. Ensure to change the sanitizer solution in your sink after use.
      • Alternatively, single-use disposable plates, cups, and cutlery may be used until the dishwasher is repaired.
