      • The operator's food label include her business name, phone number, product name and weight.What was missing was the Alberta Provincial meat inspection stamp for the facility where the meat is processed at.Corrective ActionIf you could make a copy to post in the store, for the product with your original labels, so that the public can see that the meat was processed at an inspected facility - this will work for now.But please make new labels for any new product going forward, that will include the meat facility's inspection stamp logo.
