- First pH test found the water from the flow cell for the whirlpool at 7.93. Upon waiting for the chemical controller to kick on the pH was brought back to 7.54. Ensure the pH in the whirlpool is maintained at 6.8 to 7.6 as records indicate that throughout the day pH has been above 7.6.

- The pH for the whirlpool was observed at 7.62 on the controller when the set point was 7.4. Chemical testing records for 9 am and 3 pm over the last week show that the pH has been at or above 7.6 on multiple occasions. Check to ensure that the chemical controller is adjusted and working correctly to maintain the pH at or below 7.6 at all times.

- The pH of the whirlpool was at 7.60 during the inspection. Upon review of site testing records the pH was noted above 7.60 on various occurrences. While the jet pump is a likely contributor the system will need to be assessed and adjusted to maintain the pH <7.60 at all times even with the jet pump operational. Contact your pool controller and chemical provider to discuss adjustments necessary to ensure pH is maintained.at less than 7.60.

- The microbiological water sample result submitted on 2024-04-23 [Accession #: WE-24-0038440] was unsatisfactory: HPC 120 CFU/mL. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.
