- No sanitizer solution was found in the facility.The operator mentioned that they were using Javex for the food counters.-Please ensure that the food grade sanitizers such as QUAT or bleach chlorine solution are used.

- "OUTSTANDING VIOLATIONS"Dishes and utensils were not sanitized after washing. Following the three- step manual dishwashing method:1) Wash with soap and warm water.2) Rinse with warm water.3) sanitize with 100ppm chlorine solution for 2 minutes and then air dry.
