      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Recurring violation. A sealed plastic container labeled "clotted cream 200g" was observed in one of the upright coolers in the customer area (store floor). Operator provided invoice however source is not a licenced dairy plant. Based on the address provided, the source is a personal residence. Photos taken.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clotted cream discarded. Ensure all food is obtained from approved sources as defined in the Food Premises Regulation. All dairy for retail must come from a licenced dairy plant.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available in bakery area, where scoops for dry food repackaging are sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer prepared at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine (bleach water), equipment sanitized. Ensure that at all times, a food contact surface sanitizer is available at the correct concentration for safely and effectively sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and utensils.

      • Observation: Thermometer missing for one cooler.
