      • 1. There was a significant amount of paint chipping off the ceiling in the walk-in freezer. 2. The ice machine was stored on a wooden palette made of unfinished wood. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please repair the ceiling so it is smooth and easy to clean.2. The wooden palette needs to be finished so it is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

      • **CORRECTED**1. Drink spoons were stored in room temperature water. Ice water was made during the inspection to store the spoons. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please keep the spoons stored in ice water to prevent bacteria from growing.

      • Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle measured 1000 ppm. - Operator remade the sanitizer solution and re-tested at 100 ppm. **Ensure chlorine sanitizer solution is maintained at 100 ppm at all times.

      • Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was not labelled. - Operator labelled the spray bottle during inspection. **Ensure spray bottles are labelled with their content inside.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Few old mice droppings were observed under the 2-compartment prep sink and under the oven. - Operator removed the droppings and cleaned & sanitized the affected areas.
