    • 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
      • Observation: Evidence of fruit flys were noted in the facility. (Public Health Significance) Flys may cross contaminate foods and surfaces. Fruit flys were actively being trapped and chef was keeping all food items covered and cleaning the countertops with a chlorine bleach solution regularly.
      • Corrective Action: Keep the main door closed and/or install a self closing screen to prevent pest entry. Continue to cover any pest attractants and continue to trap and remove the pests.
