- Food preparation/re-heating (items initially prepared in approved kitchen) and hot holding currently occurring within this market booth. Food preparation/reheating of any kind is not permitted due to not meeting minimum equipment requirements for temporary food vendor.

- Multiple baked sale items including buns, bread etc on open display uncovered. Appropriate covers/bags required for all items on open display, at all times, to prevent from possible contamination including insects, dust, customers etc. Note - corrected during inspection.
