- Observation: Ice build up noticed in the walk in freezer unit. There was major leaking and freezing under the condenser line of the walk in freezer unit. There were products, sealed and unsealed that were observed as now damaged due to the ice build up.
- For these observed products the operator was instructed to discard these. The operator agreed and will complete this action.
- Corrective Action(s): Repair/fix the issue related to the refrigeration/freezer unit for the walk in freezer. Ensure to stop the dripping of water and ice build up from occurring. After the current items are discarded the operator and staff must ensure nothing is kept under this unit that is leaking and causing ice build up.
