      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice scoop noted to be stored right on top of the rice cooker. Staff immediately put the rice sccop into dishwasher, then placed it in a cleaned container with ice bath to prevent contamination and growth of germs on the rice scoop. Replace the ice water bath every 2 hrs to maintain the temperature at 4'C or below.

Staff confirmed that no food in kitchen is made with BUSH coloring. BUSH coloring contains ingredient that is unfit for human consumption. Only purchase the food coloring from approved source. Staff immediately voluntarily discarded the 2 containers of BUSH coloring.
