- The handwashing sinks in the men's and women's washroom provide automatic water dispensing. Some of the handwashing sink faucets in both washrooms do not allow the water to run. Ensure the sink faucets are repaired so water can freely run so adequate handwashing can occur.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?

- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The coverings on the counters in some areas are lifting and are unable to be cleaned/sanitized properly. Some counter coverings are missing. Please have these areas repaired.
