      • Corrective Action(s): 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer solution was prepared by a staff member at the time of the inspection. Prepare new sanitizer solutions reguarly to ensure effectiveness of sanitizer.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station by the cash registers had no liquid hand soap available.
      • Corrective Action(s): Hand soap dispenser was refilled by a staff member at the time of the inspection. Hand washing stations must be equipped with hot/cold water, liquid hand soap and paper towels at all times.
