      • The after-service report was non-compliant. I asked for a copy of this report when I noticed the commercial ventilation system was unclean and the hood sticker was overdue for cleaning.

      • The ceiling is in poor condition in areas throughout the kitchen.IT HAS BEEN RAINING THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS SO I STOPPED BY TO SEE IF THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. I DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SIGNS OF WATER INFILTRATION DEMONSTRATING THE ROOF REPAIR IS SATISFACTORY. NOW THE CEILING NEEDS TO BE REFINISHED WHERE IT WAS PREVIOUSLY DAMAGED SO THAT IT IS SMOOTH AND IMPERVIOUS TO MOISTURE. SOME REPAIRS HAVE BEGUN AS I OBSERVED A NEW PIECE OF DRYWALL IN PLACE. STAFF ADVISED SOMEONE IS SUPPOSED TO BE COMING BACK TO PAINT THE RAW DRYWALL AND FINISH THE REMAINING REPAIRS.

      • Sanitizer levels were tested found to be 0 ppm Quats.Chlorine at 100 ppm can be manually added to the sink to sanitize dishes.

      • As soon as you enter into the establishment there is an odor. Staff advised that customers are still commenting about the odor. CORRECTEDMany of the seat backs have tears which will not facilitate proper cleaning and sanitizing. - CORRECTEDArborite is missing from the side of one of the counters and the ceiling throughout the establishment is in poor repair with flaking paint. The wall in the storage area also was observed with flaking paint. OUTSTANDINGTiles are missing around the walk in freezer frame.

CORRECTED Arborite is missing from the side of one of the counters and the ceiling throughout the establishment is in poor repair with flaking paint. The wall in the storage area also was observed with flaking paint. OUTSTANDING - THEIR IS DISCOLORATION ON SOME THE MUD WHICH SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FURTHER TO ENSURE THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN REPAIRED.
