      • Observation:
      • - Heavy grease built up on the side of the deep fryers.
      • - Grease observed on the filter and the hood of the ventilation system, the service sticker marked on Sep 2022.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Pull out the deep fryers, thoroughly clean all the sides.
      • - Contact the cleaning service for the ventilation system.

      • Observation: Two undercounter cooler at taco/chicken preparation tables are not in good working order; when measured, 12-13 C was indicated in one of the coolers (smaller one) and the other one was not working as per staff on site. When inquired, the cooler was not in working order for a few years. The one known to not work was not in use and no food was being stored inside. The smaller cooler on the other side is supposed to work but found to be too warm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove all items in the cooler to a working cooler at store all potentially hazardous foods at 4 C or lower. Technician to be called to repair the cooler so that it can maintain 4 C or lower at all times.
