- Improper use of gloves noticed during the inspection. Staff was touching the order screen and handling food after without changing gloves, and handwashing. Discussed that with the store manager onsite. Please make sure gloves are changed in between task change and hand need to be washed before putting on and after taking of the gloves. Please make sure proper glove use and hand washing practice are discussed with the staff to prevent contamination of the food. Corrected during the inspection.
